ES klientai turi teisę atsisakyti pirkinio per 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo užsakymo gavimo be jokių klausimų.
Norėdami pasinaudoti šia teise, susisiekite su mūsų klientų aptarnavimo tarnyba, nurodydami savo užsakymo numerį ir atsisakymo priežastį.
Grąžinimas bus atliktas per 14 dienų nuo grąžintų prekių gavimo originalioje būklėje.
Jei atšaukėte visą arba dalinį skaitmeninį užsakymą ir prekės dar nebuvo išsiųstos, grąžinimas bus atliktas per 14 dienų nuo viso arba dalinio užsakymo atšaukimo.
Skaitmeninių produktų atveju atsisakymo teisė gali būti apribota, kai suteikiama prieiga.
Grąžinimo siuntimo išlaidos tenka klientui, nebent atsisakymas įvyko dėl mūsų klaidos.
Jūsų patogumui mūsų svetainėje pateikiame elektroninę atsisakymo formą, leidžiančią pateikti atšaukimo prašymus internetu.
Gavę formą, patvirtinsime jos gavimą el. pašto adresu, nurodytu jūsų atšaukimo formoje, ir pradėsime atšaukimo procesą.

If you cancelled the full or partial digital order and the items were not yet shipped, the refunds will be processed within 14 days of full or partial order cancelation.
For digital products, withdrawal rights may be limited once access has been granted.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the withdrawal is due to our error.
We provide an electronic withdrawal form on our website for your convenience, allowing you to submit cancellation requests online.
Once the form is received we will confirm its receipt by the email address indicated in your cancellation form and we will start the cancellation process.
