Vilniaus kailiai Aptarnavimo Sąlygos ir Nuostatos

Bendrosios nuostatos.
1. Šios prekių pirkimo/pardavimo taisyklės (toliau – taisyklės) yra Šalims privalomas teisinis dokumentas, kuris nustato Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo teises, pareigas ir atsakomybę pirkėjui įsigyjant prekes www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje.
1.2. Pardavėjas pasilieka teisę bet kuriuo metu pakeisti, taisyti ar papildyti šias taisykles, atsižvelgdamas į teisės aktų nustatytus reikalavimus. Pirkėjas informuojamas www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės tinklalapyje. Pirkėjui apsiperkant www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje taikomos taisyklės, galiojančios užsakymo pateikimo metu.
1.3. Pirkti el. parduotuvėje turi teisę:
1.3.1. veiksnūs fiziniai asmenys, t.y., asmenys sulaukę pilnametystės ir kurių veiksnumas nėra apribotas teismo tvarka;
1.3.2. nepilnamečiai nuo 14 iki 18 metų amžiaus, tik turėdami tėvų arba rūpintojų sutikimą, išskyrus tuos atvejus, kai jie gali savarankiškai disponuoti savo pajamomis;
1.3.3. juridiniai asmenys;
1.3.4. visų aukščiau nurodytų asmenų įgaliotieji atstovai.
1.4. Pardavėjas, patvirtindamas taisykles, taip pat garantuoja, kad, remiantis taisyklių 1.3. punktu, Pirkėjas turi teisę pirkti prekes www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvėje.
1.5. Sutartis tarp Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo laikoma sudaryta nuo to momento, kai Pirkėjas www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvėje suformavęs prekių krepšelį, nurodęs pristatymo adresą, pasirinkęs atsiskaitymo būdą ir susipažinęs su pardavėjo taisyklėmis, paspaudžia mygtuką „patvirtinti užsakymą“ (žr. 5 punktą „prekių užsakymas, kainos, atsiskaitymo tvarka, terminai“).
1.6. Kiekviena sutartis, sudaryta tarp Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo, yra saugoma www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvėje.

2. Asmens duomenų apsauga.
2.1. Užsisakyti prekes www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje Pirkėjas gali:
2.1.1. užsiregistruodamas www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje – įvesdamas registracijoje prašomus duomenis;
2.1.2. nesiregistruodamas www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje.
2.2. Pirkėjas, užsakydamas Prekes 2.1. taisyklių punkte numatytais būdais, atitinkamuose Pardavėjo pateikiamuose informacijos laukuose turi nurodyti prekių užsakymo tinkamam įvykdymui būtinus Pirkėjo asmens duomenis: vardą, pavardę, tikslų prekių pristatymo adresą, telefono numerį ir el. pašto adresą.
2.3. Patvirtindamas šias taisykles Pirkėjas sutinka, jog 2.2. punkte pateikti Pirkėjo asmens duomenys būtų tvarkomi prekių/paslaugų pardavimo www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje, Pardavėjo veiklos analizės ir tiesioginės rinkodaros tikslais.
2.4. Sutikdamas, kad Pirkėjo asmens duomenys būtų tvarkomi prekių/paslaugų pardavimo pardavėjo el. parduotuvėje tikslu, Pirkėjas taip pat sutinka, kad Pirkėjo nurodytu el. pašto adresu ir telefono numeriu būtų siunčiami informaciniai pranešimai, būtini prekių užsakymui įvykdyti.
2.5. Pirkėjas, užsiregistruodamas www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje bei užsakydamas Prekes, įsipareigoja saugoti ir niekam neatskleisti prisijungimo duomenų.

3. Pirkėjo teisės ir įsipareigojimai.
3.1. Pirkėjas turi teisę pirkti Prekes www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje šių taisyklių ir kitose šios el. parduotuvės informacijos skiltyse nustatyta tvarka.
3.2. Pirkėjas turi teisę atsisakyti prekių pirkimo/pardavimo sutarties su www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuve, pranešdamas Pardavėjui apie tai raštu (el. paštu, nurodant pageidaujamą grąžinti prekę ir jos užsakymo numerį) ne vėliau kaip per 14 (keturiolika) darbo dienų nuo daikto pristatymo dienos, išskyrus atvejus, kai sutarties negalima atsisakyti pagal LR įstatymus (pvz., kai sutartis sudaryta dėl higienos prekių – patalynės reikmenų – pardavimo; daugiau informacijos VŠĮ į „vartotojų centras“ tinklalapyje http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, „ne maisto prekių grąžinimo ir keitimo ypatumai“ 18 punktas.).
3.3. Taisyklių 3.2. punkte numatyta teise pirkėjas gali pasinaudoti tik tuo atveju, jeigu Prekė nebuvo sugadinta arba iš esmės nepasikeitė jos išvaizda, taip pat ji nebuvo naudojama ir turi visas prikabintas ir nepažeistas originalias pardavėjo etiketes bei mokėjimą patvirtinantį dokumentą.
3.4. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja sumokėti už užsakytas prekes sutartą kainą ir priimti užsakytas prekes.
3.5. Jeigu pasikeičia Pirkėjo registracijos formoje pateikti duomenys, Pirkėjas privalo nedelsdamas juos atnaujinti.
3.6. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja neperduoti tretiesiems asmenims savo prisijungimo duomenų. Jei Pirkėjas praranda prisijungimo duomenis, jis privalo nedelsiant informuoti apie tai pardavėją skyriuje „kontaktai“ nurodytomis susisiekimo priemonėmis (tel./el. paštu).
3.7. Pirkėjas, naudodamasis www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuve, sutinka su šiomis pirkimo - pardavimo taisyklėmis ir įsipareigoja jų laikytis bei nepažeisti LR teisės aktų.

3.8. Pirkėjas yra atsakingas už savo veiksmų teisėtumą pagal galiojančius įstatymus, ir taip pat bet kokio www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje patalpinto Pirkėjų sąrašo elemento teisėtumą. Pirkėjas patvirtina, kad jis prisiima visą atsakomybę už visus mokestinius įsipareigojimus, susijusius su pirkimo/pardavimo sutartimi, kuri buvo sudaryta per www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvę. Taip pat Pirkėjas sutinka, kad bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai nėra atsakinga už Pirkėjo perspėjimą, informavimą, pagalbos jam suteikimą arba pavadavimą ar už bet kokių konsultacijų teikimą mokesčių klausimais arba dėl įsipareigojimų, kurie yra susiję su pirkimo/pardavimo sutartimi, sudaryta pasinaudojant www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuve.

3.9. Pirkėjas sutinka, kad jis naudojasi www.vilniauskailiai.com el.parduotuve savo rizika, ir kad www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvė yra pateikiama „tokia, kokia yra“ ir „tokia, kokia prieinama “ sąlygomis. Atitinkamai, kiek tai leidžiama pagal galiojančius įstatymus, bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai netaiko visų aiškių arba numanomų garantijų, sąlygų, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, numanomų tinkamumo prekybai, tinkamumo konkrečiam tikslui garantijų ir garantijų, kad nebuvo pažeistos intelektinės nuosavybės teisės. Bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai pasilieka teisę atnaujintiwww.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvę bei svetainę ir daryti jos pakeitimus, išleisti naujas arba skirtingas versijas, ypač dėl techninių arba komercinių priežasčių.

Pardavėjo teisės ir įsipareigojimai.
4.1. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja sudaryti visas sąlygas Pirkėjui tinkamai naudotis www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės teikiamomis paslaugomis.
4.2. Jei Pirkėjas bando pakenkti Pardavėjo www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės darbo stabilumui ir saugumui ar pažeidžia savo įsipareigojimus, Pardavėjas turi teisę nedelsiant ir be perspėjimo apriboti ar sustabdyti pirkėjo galimybę naudotis www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuve arba išskirtiniais atvejais panaikinti Pirkėjo registraciją.
4.3. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja gerbti Pirkėjo privatumo teisę į Pirkėjui priklausančią asmeninę informaciją, nurodytą www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės registracijos formoje.
4.4. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja pristatyti Pirkėjo užsakytas prekes Pirkėjo nurodytu adresu.

4.5. Visas tekstas, komentarai, iliustracijos ir paveikslėliai, pateikti vizualia arba kitokia forma, atkurti www.vilniauskailiai.com el.parduotuvėje, yra saugomi autorių teisių, prekių ženklų įstatymo ir/arba patentų įstatymo visame pasaulyje. Visi www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės atkūrimai visa apimtimi arba iš dalies griežtai draudžiami, ir turi būti laikomi bendrovės Vilniaus kailiai ir jos licencijos davėjų bei kitų teisių turėtojų, teisių pažeidimu.

4.6. Bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai deda tinkamas pastangas, siekiant užtikrinti, kad www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje nebūtų virusų ir kito kenksmingo arba žalingo turinio. Tačiau bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai negali garantuoti, kad naudojimasis www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuve (įskaitant bet kokį joje esantį turinį arba bet kokią Interneto svetainę, kuri yra prieinama iš jos) nepadarys žalos Pirkėjo kompiuteriui arba kitam įrenginiui. Pirkėjas prisiima atsakomybę, kad būtų užtikrinta, jog Pirkėjas turėtų tinkamą įrangą (įskaitant antivirusinę programinę įrangą), skirtą saugiai naudotiswww.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuve. Išskyrus atvejus, kai to reikalauja galiojantys įstatymai, bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai neprisiima jokios atsakomybės bet kokio asmens atžvilgiu dėl bet kokių nuostolių arba žalos, kurią jie patyrė dėl virusų arba kito kenksmingo arba žalingo turinio, prie kurio buvo prisijungta iš arba per www.vilniauskailiai.com el.parduotuvę.

4.7. Bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai neturi jokios galimybės kontroliuoti ir nėra atsakinga už bet kokios trečiosios šalies turinio tikslumą ir nėra atsakinga už patikrinimą, siekiant nustatyti, kas yra bet kokio turinio, kuris buvo patalpintas arba įkeltas į www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvę, savininkas.

4.8. Bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai nesuteikia jokių garantijų dėl Interneto svetainės prieinamumo arba prieigos prie jos galimybės ar garantijos, kad jūsų prisijungimas prie www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės be trikdžių, tinkamu laiku arba be klaidų. Bendrovė Vilniaus kailiai dės visas pastangas, kad www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvė būtų prieinama 24 valandas per parą, 7 dienas per savaitę, išskyrus atvejus, kai bendrovė negali kontroliuoti susiklosčiusių aplinkybių, t. y. nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybių, kurias pripažįsta Lietuvos teismai. Tačiau dėl techninės priežiūros ir/arba saugumo priežasčių bendrovei Vilniaus kailiai gali reikėti laikinai, be pranešimo, visiškai arba iš dalies užblokuoti prieigą prie www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės.

Prekių užsakymas, kainos, atsiskaitymo tvarka ir terminai.
5.1. www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje Pirkėjas gali pirkti visą parą, 7 dienas per savaitę, nebent ši el. parduotuvė nepasiekiama dėl techninių darbų.
5.2. Sutartis pradeda galioti nuo to momento, kai Pirkėjas paspaudžia mygtuką „patvirtinti užsakymą“, o gavęs užsakymą Pardavėjas jį patvirtina – atsiunčia patvirtinimo laišką pirkėjo nurodytu el. paštu.
5.3. Prekių kainos www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje ir suformuotame užsakyme nurodomos eurais, įskaitant PVM.
5.4. Pirkėjas atsiskaito už prekes vienu iš šių būdų:
5.4.1. atsiskaitymas naudojantis el. bankininkyste per www.paysera.lt sistemą – tai išankstinis apmokėjimas pasinaudojant pirkėjo naudojama el. bankininkystės sistema. Pirkėjas, norėdamas pasinaudoti šia atsiskaitymo forma, turi būti pasirašęs el. bankininkystės sutartį su vienu iš žemiau nurodytų bankų: AB „SEB bankas“; AB „Swedbank“; AB „Citadele“ bankas. Pinigus Pirkėjas perveda į www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės atsiskaitomąją sąskaitą. Atsakomybė už duomenų saugumą šiuo atveju tenka  atitinkamam bankui, kadangi visos piniginės operacijos vyksta banko el. bankininkystės sistemoje.
5.4.2. atsiskaitymas banko pavedimu – tai išankstinis atsiskaitymas, kai Pirkėjas, atsispausdinęs užsakymą ir nuėjęs į artimiausią banko skyrių, perveda pinigus www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės banko sąskaitą. Pirkėjas privalo mokėjimo formos skiltyje „mokėjimo paskirtis“ įrašyti užsakymo numerį, kuris pateiktas užsakymo patvirtinimo elektroniniame laiške. Pirkėjui nenurodžius skiltyje „mokėjimo paskirtis“ tikslaus užsakymo numerio, Pardavėjas negarantuoja užsakymo įvykdymo.
5.5. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja už prekes sumokėti nedelsiant, nes tik gavus apmokėjimą už prekes pradedamas formuoti prekių siuntinys ir pradedamas skaičiuoti prekių išsiuntimo terminas.
5.6. Pardavėjas Pirkėjui išrašo sąskaitos faktūros elektroninį variantą. Jokios popierinės faktūros siuntinyje su prekėmis siunčiamos nebus. Sąskaita faktūra bus persiųsta Pirkėjui elektroniniu paštu. Pirkėjas galės peržiūrėti, išsaugoti ar atsispausdinti sąskaitą faktūrą.

6. Prekių pristatymas.
6.1. Pirkėjas, užsakymo metu pasirinkęs prekių pristatymo paslaugą, įsipareigoja nurodyti tikslią prekių pristatymo vietą.
6.2. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja Prekes priimti pats. Tuo atveju, jei Pirkėjas prekių pats priimti negali, o prekės pristatytos nurodytu adresu, Pirkėjas neturi teisės reikšti Pardavėjui pretenzijų dėl prekių pristatymo netinkamam subjektui.
6.3. Prekes pristato Pardavėjo pasirinktas ir įgaliotas atstovas kurjeris.
6.4. Pardavėjas pristato Pirkėjui prekes per 2-4 darbo dienas Lietuvoje, 3-5 darbo dienos Latvijoje ir Estijoje, per 5-7 darbo dienas Lenkijoje, 7-14 darbo dienų kitose Europos sąjungos šalyse. Šie terminai yra preliminarūs, be to, netaikomi tais atvejais, kai Pardavėjo sandėlyje nėra reikiamų prekių, o Pirkėjas informuojamas apie užsakytų prekių trūkumą. Kartu Pirkėjas sutinka, kad išimtiniais atvejais prekių pateikimas gali vėluoti dėl nenumatytų, nuo Pardavėjo nepriklausančių aplinkybių. Tokiu atveju pardavėjas įsipareigoja nedelsiant susisiekti su Pirkėju ir suderinti prekių pateikimo sąlygas.
6.5. Visais atvejais Pardavėjas atleidžiamas nuo atsakomybės už prekių pateikimo terminų pažeidimą, jeigu prekės pirkėjui nėra pateikiamos arba pateikiamos ne laiku dėl Pirkėjo kaltės arba dėl nuo Pardavėjo nepriklausančių aplinkybių.
6.6. Pirkėjas privalo visais atvejais nedelsiant informuoti Pardavėją, jeigu siunta pateikiama pažeistoje pakuotėje, jeigu siuntoje pateikiamos neužsakytos prekės arba netinkamas jų kiekis, nepilna prekės komplektacija.
6.7. Pirkėjas visais atvejais pristatymo metu pastebėjęs pakuotės pažeidimus privalo kurjerio pateikiamame siuntos pristatymo dokumente nurodyti pastabas arba surašyti atskirą aktą dėl šių pažeidimų. Tai Pirkėjas privalo padaryti dalyvaujant kurjeriui. Neatlikus tokių veiksmų Pardavėjas yra atleidžiamas nuo atsakomybės prieš Pirkėją dėl Prekių pažeidimų, susijusių su pakuotės pažeidimais, kurių Pirkėjas nepažymėjo kurjerio prekės pristatymo dokumente.

7. Prekių kokybė ir garantijos.
7.1. Kiekvienos www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvėje parduodamos prekės duomenys bendrai nurodomi prie kiekvienos prekės esančiame prekės aprašyme.
7.2. Pardavėjas neatsako už tai, kad www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvėje esančios prekės savo spalva, forma ar kitais parametrais gali neatitikti realaus prekių dydžio, formų ir spalvos dėl pirkėjo naudojamo vaizduoklio ypatybių.
7.3. Pardavėjas tam tikroms prekių rūšims suteikia tam tikrą laiką galiojančią kokybės garantiją, kurios konkretus terminas ir kitos sąlygos nurodomos tokių prekių aprašymuose.
7.4. Pardavėjui tam tikroms prekių rūšims nesuteikus kokybės garantijos, galioja garantija, numatyta atitinkamų teisės aktų.

8. Prekių grąžinimas ir keitimas.
8.1. Parduotų prekių trūkumai šalinami, nekokybiškos prekės keičiamos, grąžinamos vadovaujantis LR Ūkio ministro 2001 m. birželio 29 d. įsakymu Nr. 217 „dėl daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“ patvirtintomis daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklėmis, išskyrus atvejus, kai sutarties negalima atsisakyti pagal LR įstatymus (kai sutartis sudaryta dėl higienos prekių – patalynės reikmenų – pardavimo; daugiau informacijos VŠĮ „vartotojų centras“ tinklalapyje http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038 , „ne maisto prekių grąžinimo ir keitimo ypatumai“ 18 punkte.). Pinigai už grąžintas prekes visais atvejais pervedami tik į mokėtojo banko sąskaitą.
8.2. Norėdamas grąžinti prekę(-es) remiantis taisyklių 8.1. punktu, Pirkėjas gali tai padaryti per 14 (keturiolika) darbo dienų nuo prekių pristatymo Pirkėjui dienos, informuodamas Pardavėją kontaktų skyriuje nurodytomis susisiekimo priemonėmis, nurodant grąžinamos prekės pavadinimą, užsakymo numerį ir grąžinimo priežastis.
8.3. Pirkėjui grąžinant prekes, būtina laikytis šių sąlygų:
8.3.1. prekė turi būti pirkėjo nesugadinta;
8.3.2. prekė turi būti nenaudota, nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos (nepažeistos etiketės, nenuplėštos apsauginės plėvelės ir kt.) (šis punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai grąžinama nekokybiška prekė);
8.3.4. grąžinama prekė turi būti tos pačios komplektacijos, kokios pirkėjas ją gavo;
8.3.5. grąžinant prekę būtina pateikti jos įsigijimo dokumentą.
8.4. pardavėjas turi teisę nepriimti pirkėjo grąžinamų prekių, jei pirkėjas nesilaiko 8.3. straipsnyje nustatytos prekių grąžinimo tvarkos.
8.5. grąžinant gautą ne tą prekę ir/ar nekokybišką prekė, pardavėjas įsipareigoja atsiimti tokias prekes ir jas pakeisti analogiškomis tinkamomis prekėmis.
8.6. tuo atveju, kai pardavėjas neturi pakeitimui tinkamų prekių, pirkėjui grąžinama sumokėta suma, neskaitant kainos už pristatymą.

9. Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo atsakomybė.
9.1. Pirkėjas yra visiškai atsakingas už Pirkėjo pateikiamų asmens duomenų teisingumą. Jei pirkėjas nepateikia tikslių asmens duomenų registracijos formoje, Pardavėjas neatsako už dėl to atsiradusius padarinius ir įgyja teisę reikalauti iš Pirkėjo patirtų tiesioginių nuostolių atlyginimo.
9.2. Pirkėjas atsako už veiksmus, atliktus naudojantis www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuve.
9.3. Užsiregistravęs Pirkėjas atsako už savo prisijungimo duomenų perdavimą tretiesiems asmenims. Jei www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvės teikiamomis paslaugomis naudojasi trečiasis asmuo, prisijungęs prie šios el. parduotuvės naudodamasis pirkėjo prisijungimo duomenimis, Pardavėjas šį asmenį laiko pirkėju.
9.4. Pardavėjas atleidžiamas nuo bet kokios atsakomybės tais atvejais, kai nuostoliai kyla dėl to, jog Pirkėjas, neatsižvelgdamas į Pardavėjo rekomendacijas ir Pirkėjo įsipareigojimus, nesusipažino su šiomis taisyklėmis, nors tokia galimybė jam buvo suteikta.
9.5. Jei Pardavėjo www.vilniauskailiai.com  el. parduotuvėje yra nuorodos į kitų įmonių, įstaigų, organizacijų ar asmenų el. tinklalapius, Pardavėjas nėra atsakingas už ten esančią informaciją ar vykdomą veiklą, tų tinklapių neprižiūri, nekontroliuoja ir toms įmonėms bei asmenims neatstovauja.
9.6. Atsiradus žalai, kaltoji šalis atlygina kitai šaliai tiesioginius nuostolius.

10. Rinkodara ir informacija.
10.1. Pardavėjas savo nuožiūra gali inicijuoti www.vilniauskailiai.com el. parduotuvėje įvairias akcijas.
10.2. Pardavėjas turi teisę vienašališkai, be atskiro įspėjimo, pakeisti akcijų sąlygas, taip pat jas panaikinti. Bet koks akcijų sąlygų ir tvarkos pakeitimas ar panaikinimas galioja tik į priekį, t.y. nuo jų atlikimo momento.
10.3. Pardavėjas visus pranešimus siunčia Pirkėjo registracijos formoje nurodytomis susisiekimo priemonėmis.
10.4. Pirkėjas visus pranešimus ir klausimus siunčia Pardavėjo el. parduotuvės skyriuje „kontaktai“ nurodytais telefonais ar el. pašto adresais.
10.5. Pardavėjas neatsako, jei pirkėjas negauna siunčiamų informacinių ar patvirtinančių pranešimų dėl internetinio ryšio, elektroninio pašto paslaugų tiekėjų tinklų sutrikimų.

11. Baigiamosios nuostatos.
11.1. Šios prekių pirkimo/pardavimo taisyklės sudarytos vadovaujantis LR įstatymais ir teisės aktais.
11.2. Visi nesutarimai, kilę dėl šių taisyklių vykdymo, sprendžiami derybų būdu. Nepavykus susitarti, ginčai sprendžiami LR įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.

1. General provisions.
1.1. These rules for the purchase/sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal instrument binding to the parties, which establishes the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller to the Buyer in the store.

3.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the ordered Goods and accept them. 
3.5. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to transmit its login data to any third parties. If the Buyer losses the login details, he/she must immediately inform the Seller through the means of communication (phone/e-mail) referred to in the contacts section.
3.7. The  Buyer using e-store www.vilniauskailiai.com agrees with these rules of purchase - selling and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.8. All the Buyers and Visitors are responsible for the legality of their actions under applicable laws as well as the legality of any item Buyers and Visitors list on the e-store. 5.4. The buyer pays for the Goods in one of the following methods:
5.4.1. payment by online banking through the www.paysera.lt system - it is advance payment using the Buyers` online banking system access. The Buyer must have a signed up an online banking system agreement for this payment form with one of the following banks: AB Seb bank; AB Swedbank;  AB Citadele bank; The Buyer transfers money to e-store www.vilniauskailiai.com bank account. Responsibility for the data security, in this case, shall be responsible to the relevant bank, because all monetary transactions are carried out by the bank's online banking system.

6. Delivery of Goods.

6.1. The Buyer, who has chosen the delivery service at the time of order, undertakes to indicate the exact and correct place of delivery of the Goods.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself/herself. In case the Buyer cannot accept the Goods himself /herself and the Goods are delivered to the indicated address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the Goods to the unsuitable person.
6.3. Goods are delivered by the representative courier authorized by the Seller.
6.4. The Seller delivers the Goods to the Buyer within 2-4 business days in Lithuania, 3-5 business days in Latvia and Estonia, 5-7 business days in Poland, 7-14 business days in other European Union countries. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases when the Seller is of required Goods in the stock and the Buyer is informed of the deficiency of the ordered Goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery of Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances not depending on the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery of the Goods.
6.5. In all cases, the Seller is excluded from liability for breach of the terms of delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered on time to the Buyer because of the Buyer`s fault or due to the unforeseen circumstances not depending on the Seller.   
6.6. The Buyer must, in all cases, inform the Seller immediately if the shipment is provided in damaged packaging if the shipment does not correspond with the quantity or other requirements of Goods provided in the order.
6.7. In all cases, the Buyer must notify breaches of the packaging during delivery in the delivery document submitted by the courier, or show comments or write a separate notification letter regarding these breaches. The Buyer must do this in the participation of the courier. Failure to follow these actions makes the Seller exclusive from liability to the Buyer for damage of the Goods related to breaches of the packaging of these Goods during the delivery process and the Buyer has not indicated it himself in the courier`s document.

7. Product Quality and Guarantees.
7.1. Every detail of Goods sold in the store www.vilniauskailiai.com is totally indicated in the product description accompanying each product.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for any of the Goods in store www.vilniauskailiai.com may not meet the actual size, shape, and color of the goods used by the Buyer, their color, shape or other parameters may due to the characteristics of the picture used by the Buyer.

8. Return and Exchange of Goods.

8.2. To return the Goods in accordance with the rules in paragraph 8.1., the Buyer may do this only within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer and informing the Seller through the contact noted in the contact filed of the e-store and the website www.vilniauskailiai.com.
8.3. When returning the Goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
8.3.1. the Goods must not be damaged;
8.3.2. the Goods should not be used without losing the appearance of the Goods, must have unbroken integrated labels, tags, tensioned films, etc. (this paragraph does not apply in the case of returning the quality goods)
8.3.4. the returned Goods should be the same complete packaging as the Buyer received;
8.3.5. on returning the Goods a document of purchase must be provided.
8.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedures noted in paragraph 8.3.
8.5. When returning any Goods and/or quality Goods received, the Seller undertakes to receive such Goods and replace them with analog eligible Goods.
8.6. In case the Seller does not have Goods eligible for the replacement, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer, excluding the price for delivery.

9. Liability of Buyer and Seller.
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising, therefore, and acquires the right to claim direct directions from the Buyer.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using e-store www.vilniauskailiai.com.

10. Marketing and Information.

11. Final provisions.
11.1. These rules for purchase/sale of Goods are established in accordance with the laws and legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes arising out of the enforcement of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. In failure to agree, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
