1.1. As of April 19, 2022, UAB Vilniaus Kailiai to promote sales shall provide customers with the opportunity to purchase electronic gift vouchers worth 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 EUR only online at the company's online store at www.vilniauskailiai.com, which are assigned the following product codes:
DK10 – 10 (ten) EUR voucher
DK25– 25 (twenty-five) EUR voucher
DK50 – 50 (fifty) EUR voucher
DK100 – 100 (one hundred) EUR voucher
DK200 – 200 (two hundred) EUR voucher
DK500 – 500 (five hundred) EUR voucher
DK1000 – 1000 (one thousand) EUR voucher
1.1.1. Visual examples of electronic gift vouchers sold in the e-shop www.vilniauskailiai.com are attached as Appendix No. 1.
1.1.2. A visual example of the electronic Gift Voucher purchase confirmation document is attached as Appendix No. 2.
1.2. The terms and conditions for purchasing the electronic gift vouchers listed in point 1.1. and other conditions are published on the company's online store at www.vilniauskailiai.com: payment, receipt, shipment, delivery, return, exchange, and validity, etc.:
1.2.1. Gift Voucher Payment: direct bank transfer, credit cards, online banking 7/24.
1.2.2. Gift Voucher shipment, delivery:
1.2.2.1. Gift Voucher delivery by registered mail or courier is not possible: The Gift Voucher is not sent separately by registered mail and/or by courier. The buyer receives the Gift Voucher purchase confirmation with the gift voucher code within 1 (one) hour only to the email address specified by the buyer himself and only after payment for the gift voucher has been made and only after the seller has received confirmation that such payment has been received in the seller's account.
1.2.2.2. Electronic Gift Voucher sending by electronic means:
The buyer receives the Electronic Gift Voucher purchase confirmation with the gift voucher code within 1 (one) hour only to the email address specified by the buyer himself, and only after payment for the gift voucher has been made, and only after the seller has received confirmation that such payment has been received in the seller's account.
The received/gifted electronic gift voucher, which indicates the unique gift voucher code, the gift voucher validity period, and its value, must be saved in your e-mail inbox or printed independently, just like any other order in the online store: www.vilniauskailiai.com.
The Gift Voucher code will be required to be entered when paying for the formed gift basket. Without the Gift Voucher code, the system will not be able to deduct the gift voucher amount during checkout, and in the physical store, apply the gift voucher.
If the gift voucher is lost, the seller can restore the gift voucher code by presenting the purchased gift voucher order form or order code to the seller.
1.2.3. Gift Voucher validity: 6 (six) months from the date of purchase of the gift voucher
1.2.4. Gift Voucher purchase, usage/payment with gift voucher:
1.2.4.1. Gift Voucher purchase is only possible online at the e-shop www.vilniauskailiai.com
1.2.4.2. Gift Voucher usage and payment with it is possible when purchasing online and at the physical Vilniaus Kailiai store at: Paupio st. 46, Vilnius
1.2.4.2.1. When purchasing in the online store www.vilniauskailiai.com, during checkout in the section "Gift card or discount code", you need to enter the confirmed gift voucher code received by email, click "apply", and the seller's system will automatically deduct the value of the gift voucher amount, reducing the payable order amount. E.g., attached as Appendix No. 3.
Buyers who have received a gift voucher, on the formed shopping cart page before paying for the gift voucher, in the section "Add a note to Your order" must enter the name and surname of the gift voucher user for the buyer's security.
1.2.4.2.2. When purchasing and paying in the physical "Vilniaus Kailiai" store, you must present to the seller the confirmed gift voucher document received by email, which contains the gift voucher code, gift voucher validity date, and amount, so that the seller can verify the validity of the code, the amount, and accordingly deduct the value of the gift voucher amount from the total value of the purchased goods.
1.2.4.2.3. Payment with one gift voucher is possible only once.
1.2.4.2.4. The gift voucher code is valid for only one purchase.
1.2.4.2.5. If the gift voucher amount is not fully used during the purchase, the money difference is not refunded, and the gift voucher is not extended.
1.2.4.2.6. If the gift voucher amount is less than the value of the purchased goods, in such a case, the buyer must pay the money difference to the seller, as will be indicated in the order form when applying the gift voucher during the purchase. The payable money difference is not reduced for the buyer as an additional discount.
1.2.4.2.7. The item(s) are considered purchased using the gift voucher and can only be transferred and/or delivered to the buyer when the buyer pays the full value of the purchased goods together with the gift voucher.
1.2.5. Gift Voucher exchange, return: The Gift Voucher or part of its amount is not exchanged for vouchers of other values or any other goods, or money neither in the online store www.vilniauskailiai.com nor in the physical store: Paupio st. 46, Vilnius. The Gift Voucher is not refundable.
1.2.5.1. If the gift voucher amount is not used or not fully used before the expiration of the gift voucher's validity, the unused remaining full voucher amount or part thereof is not refunded, and the gift voucher's validity period is not extended.
1.2.5.2. If goods exceeding the gift voucher amount are chosen, the difference is paid additionally both when purchasing online and in the physical store by bank card, online banking, or cash (only in the physical store).
1.2.5.3. Payment with a gift voucher in the physical store is only possible by presenting the confirmed gift voucher purchase form received by email, which contains the gift voucher code, gift voucher expiration date, and amount. When paying with a gift voucher in a physical store, it is necessary to present a personal identification document.
These gift voucher rules are valid until a separate unilateral company announcement.
